Is my Credit Card information secure?

Yes. We use PayPal to process our online payments. PayPal is a leader in online transaction processing and ensures your transaction is handled securely. Note that Palumbo’s Italian Market does not see your credit card information, since that is handled entirely by PayPal.

I’d rather pay with my PayPal account. Do you support that?

Yes. You can use either your Credit Card or your PayPal account during the checkout process.

What are my Shipping options?

At checkout time, you can select from available shipping options, taking into account your order amount, order contents, and your address.  See the explanation of choices on the right-hand side of this page, or by viewing our Shipping & Delivery page.

I didn’t see an option for Local Delivery when I checked out.  Why not?

To be eligible for local delivery, orders must be at least $50 and the address must be within 8 miles of the Palumbo’s Italian Market in Granville.

When will my order by ready for pickup?

Orders for pickup are typically ready within 2 business days.

Can I order now, but choose a later date for pickup or delivery?

Yes.  When you checkout, there is an option to select a date for pickup or delivery of your order.  You can choose a date in the coming two weeks, starting two days after your order.

How are Shipping costs calculated?

Our standard shipping is via UPS and we calculate costs based on order weight and distance.
